Gerhart Stoll, born in 1962, studied architecture and was working during several years at the University of Zurich. Since 1996 he works as freelancer in the dry stone walling. In the context of this activity he leads courses and trainings. Besides the practical work he puplished two works: "Dry stone wall as a ecological system" and "Training documents for dry stone wallers". He's theoretical work as well consists in statical calculations and historical investigations.
